Programme Assistant



Adanna joined the Good Governance Institute in May 2021 as a Programme Assistant to provide vital support to projects and programmes.

Prior to joining GGI, she has worked on and supported countless projects across several organisations such as National Human Rights Commission, Tiege Consulting UK, United Nations on Drug and Crime and Mac Arthur Foundation, just to name a few.

She graduated from University of Abuja, with a LLB (Hons), Bachelor of Laws from the Nigerian law school and afterwards undertook advanced Project Management Courses covering the delivery of projects using Prince 2 and Agile Methodologies, Project planning, requirement elicitation and interpretation, critical part analysis, end value management etc.

Adanna takes an adaptive approach to work which drives her ability to effectively support programmes/ portfolios within a complex regulatory environment. She has a track record in organizational improvement with a proven capacity to manage change in a consultative and sensitive manner whilst exercising a well-developed conceptual, strategic, and analytical ability.

She hosted a pro bono live show sponsored by Mac Arthur foundation in Nigeria , a platform which promotes Public Justice, Human rights and Gender Equality. She currently supports various programmes being carried out by GGI around board development, BAF, Governance Support, CQC preparedness and data/ digital transformation.
