Biography
Sarah Cullen is a Registered Nurse with an MSc in Healthcare Leadership and Nye Bevan Graduate,
Sarah worked in University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay in a variety of clinical and operational positions prior to becoming the deputy Nursing, Midwifery & AHP Director at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals.
As a deputy, Sarah held portfolios of work in the following areas; patient experience and involvement, safeguarding, infection prevention and control, safe staffing and the broader safety and quality portfolio on behalf of the Nursing, Midwifery and AHP Director.
Sarah was appointed as the Nursing, Midwifery & AHP Director at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals in July 2019 and is the the lead Director for Nursing, Midwifery and AHP professions, caregivers, charities, governance, safeguarding, maternity, children alongside the safety, quality and experience portfolio.
Sarah is also a Trustee at St. Catherine's Hospice and the post graduate charity at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals.
In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and walking.
