Our training provides a common understanding of risk management basic principles and offers practical help in undertaking risk assessments and the management of risks.

  • Gain an overview of the stages in the risk management process

  • Understand your trust’s risk policy and processes

The training includes a film aligned with your organisational policies, an interactive training session with one of our experts, a Q&A document for all attendees to take away and a test for participants. All trainees receive a certificate.
