This maturity matrix is designed to help you assess your level of maturity in the way you run meetings. It covers all the essential elements of meetings, including structure, engagement, content and communication.
You and your senior team spend a lot of expensive management time in meetings. This matrix will help ensure you're making the most of that time.
To use the matrix, simply identify and circle the level you believe your organisation has reached and then draw an arrow to the right to the level you intend to reach in the next 12 months.
