She has worked at board level advising on quality, safety, risk, and compliance, and has a proven track record of leading improvement and supporting organisations out of special measures.
Lynda’s expertise includes risk management, quality assurance, patient safety, and regulatory readiness. She has developed integrated reporting systems, led cross-organisational inspections, and built strong cultures of learning and accountability.
A former university lecturer, Lynda also brings experience in staff training, leadership, and freedom to speak up services.
