Rianna joined GGI in July 2025 as a junior consultant after working as a primary school teacher in London.
Rianna has a first-class degree in business management from the University of Westminster, where she was also the recipient of two excellence awards. She also has a PGCE from Goldsmiths University.
Rianna is driven by a strong commitment to creating meaningful and impactful change—an ethos that initially led her into education and now guides her work in governance consultancy. With experience delivering community-focused projects and working in a classroom, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges facing the public and third sectors. Her hands-on approach and strategic insight enable her to design and implement effective solutions that drive sustainable outcomes.
Off the clock, Rianna enjoys reading cozy crime novels, great food and sharing skincare tips on her blog. She is also learning Spanish, one slow sentence at a time.
