The art of today’s NHS board leadership

For our February NHS NEDs Network webinar we will be joined by Dr. Anita Donley, chair of Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (SaSH).
Anita is a clinician who, after various medical roles in the south, went on to serve as clinical vice-president of the Royal College of Physicians before moving on to non-executive roles, including chair of the Essex Success Regime (a pre-ICBs form of system organisation) and interim chair at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS FT.
After a period with a long-standing chair and chief executive, SaSH is under new leadership with Anita as chair and a new chief executive both coming into the trust in 2025. This session will focus on the key features of art of new NHS board leadership.
