About GGi

GGi is a leading independent management consultancy dedicated to improving governance across public services, third-sector organisations and mission-driven entities. We work with boards and senior leaders of some of the UK’s most interesting public-purpose organisations to deliver lasting societal impact.

The opportunity

Following significant growth in 2025, GGi is scaling rapidly, with ambitions to double in size by 2028. We are recruiting both consultants and senior consultants and encourage candidates to apply for the role that best reflects their experience.

Who we’re looking for

Across both roles, we are seeking people with consultancy or advisory experience and working knowledge of at least one public-purpose sector, such as health, higher education, charities, local government, regulation or sport.

Consultant

Consultants support and deliver high-quality governance, strategy and leadership projects and typically take responsibility for individual consultancy assignments within around six months.

Senior consultant

Senior consultants lead complex consultancy projects, act as trusted advisors to boards and executives, and contribute to business development and thought leadership.

What we offer

  • Consultant: £45,000 + company bonus
  • Senior Consultant: £70,000 + company bonus

Location & working pattern

  • UK-based, remote / hybrid working
  • Regular in-person leadership meetings and occasional client travel
