Tim Crossley, GGI Associate                                                      

Tim graduated as a medic from Oxford University and has spent his career working as an NHS GP, building up the Thornley Street Surgery in inner city Wolverhampton which now has six partners and a full primary health care team. Tim he has been an active member of various commissioning structures including PCGs and latterly the PBC consortium and took the lead for the city on several areas. He chaired the committee overseeing the development of a whole new Mental health strategy for the city, working with US health insurer Humana, producing changes which are now coming into effect.

Andrew is well known for his work in healthcare quality, risk and governance both in the UK and internationally. He believes getting to authorisation is important but not enough. This process must provide tangible benefits for patients and the NHS.

     
     
 

Ginny Edwards, GGI Associate 

Ginny is a clinician and manager and has been a Director in health care for over twenty years. She has extensive experience on leading the design, set up and implementation of national change management programmes which have delivered measurable high impact service improvement. This includes creating, designing and supporting sharing events, learning sets, networks and communities of practice to develop skills, share knowledge and create group behaviours, using various models of support.

     
     
 

Annette Furley, GGI Associate

Annette is a strong, experienced leader, working at the highest level in complex statutory, charitable and commercial sector organisations for over twenty years. She is an experienced mentor and has a coaching certificate. With over 30 years in the health, community and care services and regeneration, and having been a board member of national and local charities.

     
     
 
David Goldberg, GGI Associate
 

David is an experienced healthcare manager.  He has worked in the U.K., U.S. and New Zealand heath care systems.  He specialises in consensus building, strategic planning.  Much of his work has been focussed on developing mechanisms for GPs and other clinicians to lead and have a major say in the organisation and delivery of care. During the World Class Commissioning efforts in Great Britain, David led a team to assist PCT Boards, Directors and clinicians to be better prepared for the assessments. David is a strong advocate for GP leadership in the organisation and delivery of services and believes that with the right information, GPs can increase the overall quality of care delivered.  He holds a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration.

     
     
 
Dr. Alasdair Honeyman, GGI Associate
 

Alasdair is an experienced GP and now a leading health process consultant. He has particular 
expertise in conflict management and governance within and between healthcare organisations, focusing on whole system engagement at every level of the UK health care system. Alasdair's expertise in the health sector encompasses intellectual, practical and improvisatory models of organisational change, situated learning, group dynamics, complex responsive processes, narrative methods and sense-making across the clinical, corporate and financial domains. Hilary Merrett, GGI Associate
 

Hilary is a healthcare manager and consultant specialising in patient safety. She designed and developed a risk assessment tool for primary care and has undertaken assessments in practices across all countries of the UK and the Republic of Ireland. She has also undertaken reviews of quality and safety within emerging primary care commissioning and providing arms and and has recently advised commissioners on improvements to compliance and governance arrangements with service providers.

     
     
 

David Milner, GGI Associate

David is qualified accountant and consultant who has a nationally
renowned reputation in health finance and organisations, with over 35 years NHS
experience including 20 at Board Level. He as an SHA Director of Finance for over 6 years with responsibility for engaging in all performance management processes for PCTs Acute and Mental Health providers ensuring delivery of
targets and objectives. David has been pursuing a portfolio career since 2008 and has been busy working with NHS organisations of all kind, on both commissioning and provider sides.

     
     
 

Jo Newton, GGI Associate  

Joanna’s career has spanned the private, public and voluntary sector. She has a particular interest in governance between organisations and the importance of partnerships in delivery of outcome based improvements in health and wellbeing. Joanna has extensive board experience as a chair& non-executive director. Hercurrent role as Chair of NHS Herefordshire has led to an innovative partnershipwith the local authority includingthe first joint CEO and executive team.

Stephen Sharpe has over 20 years’ expertise in both managing and advising organisations. Driven by a desire to make a real difference, Stephen has devised and managed strategies enabling organisations to grow from start-up to thriving and acclaimed enterprises.  In the case of his third sector involvement, Stephen has helped organisations achieve life-changing results for the homeless, marginalised and profoundly disabled.
