GGI’s Managing Director, David Cockayne will be presenting at the Open Forum Events ‘The Future of Higher Education: Beyond Brexit’ on Tuesday 24th January 2017 at the Manchester Conference Centre.
This timely conference will explore the likely outcomes that the EU referendum result will have and examine the long-term implications for EU students, staff and research projects.
The day will see host to a series of presentations provided by invited experts in the higher education sector. Discussions will then be facilitated with the aim to generate a debate on the issue of so that institutions are best placed to prepare, plan and proactively respond to the challenges and opportunities beyond Brexit.
David’s presentation will explore “Life after the EU: Impacts on institutions and governance”. This will see a focus placed on what impact the decision to leave the EU will have in regards to governance best practice, nationally and internationally in the higher education sector.
