||Divia joined GGI in November 2015. She provides management support for a range of projects across education, health and non-profit sectors and also contributes to publications for the Knowledge Management team helping to maintain and expand GGI’s body of knowledge.
Divia’s experience includes supporting a Governance Review at NHS Barnet Clinical Commissioning Group, working with City and Hackney GP Confederation to provide bespoke board development support, and managing a Council Effectiveness Review at the University of Sussex. She has written think pieces on changes to the higher education sector in England and the role of the Medical Director in the NHS.
She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the London School of Economics where she specialised in public policy and management. Her research focused on innovation in the public sector exploring how civic innovation can be channelled to empower disadvantaged communities. She worked on a six-month Capstone project for the Migration Policy Institute where her team looked at how municipal governments can utilise digital technology to facilitate the integration of recently arrived immigrants and other vulnerable groups by providing access to information and services. While at LSE, Divia was also the executive of Social Impact Consulting, a student-run pro bono consultancy working with charities and NGOs.
She holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of British Columbia and has spent a year on exchange at Sciences Po in Paris. In her spare time, she enjoys learning new languages and has recently taken up road cycling to discover the English countryside.
