Ginny Edwards

Ginny is a clinician and manager and has been a Director in health care for over twenty years. She has extensive experience on leading the design, set up and implementation of national change management programmes which have delivered measurable high impact service improvement. This includes creating, designing and supporting sharing events, learning sets, networks and communities of practice to develop skills, share knowledge and create group behaviours, using various models of support.

She was the link Director for the NHS Modernisation Agency’s for the Renegotiating the Psychological Compact with Doctors for PCTs which enabled participants to develop a new compact of behaviours and improve relationships between managers and Doctors.

She is a qualified coach and NLP practitioner and has a further education teacher’s certificate and has provided coaching and mentoring to individuals and groups of clinical and managerial professionals.
